About me

I'm Sophie, I'm 32, I live with my fiance, and I love baking. I spend my spare time reading recipe books, planning the next cake to make, and experimenting in the kitchen.

I am organiser of the Stamford Clandestine Cake Club. We meet once a month in secret locations to eat cake. The best social club possible, it keeps my world spinning at the moment. Visit the Clandestine Cake Club website to find out more.

I also do a lot of sewing and enjoy patchwork quilting. My kitchen and my sewing rooms are my favourite places to be, if I'm not curled up with a book and a cup of tea. I'm also obsessed with tea and all tea parafanalia.
